Emergency Information

In case you are experiencing any of the symptoms, you should not go to your doctor or to the emergency room, to avoid any potential contamination, but you are kindly asked to call the Public Health Organization so they can evaluate if your condition requires further investigation regarding the Covid-19.

Attractions and public transportation

Major Attractions

  • The Prague Castle is open, but the St.Vitus Cathedral is only open on limited hours.
  • The Astronomical Clock is temporarily closed, as is the Dancing House
  • Previous restrictions will still apply during Greece’s gradual return to normalcy and lifting each one will be carefully examined and announced to the public. For the time being all transport links with non-EU countries as well as Spain, Italy, Germany and Holland are still suspended till further notice.
  • Seasonal hotels and resorts, as well as year-round Hotels in Greece will remain temporarily closed until June. Till all restrictions are lifted one hotel per regional capital will remain open as well as three hotels in Greece’s two largest cities, Athens and Thessaloniki. Click here in order to find the list of all hotels excluded from the ban, in order to offer accommodation during this period.
  • The 14-day quarantine is still imposed to any new arrival, until Greece’s return to normalcy. The ban on all cruise ships and sailboats docking at Greece’s ports still applies. Furthermore, departure and docking of private and professional yachts is prohibited at all ports of the country.

Other Restrictions

  • Borders closed.
  • All people arriving in Czech Republic need to undergo 14 days quarantine.
  • Each person including local citizens on the way to CZ must show negative Covid test no older than 96hours. Police will control this on the borders or airport.

  • To reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, travellers are advised to abide by the following measures: frequently clean hands by applying an alcohol-based hand rub or washing with soap and water.
  • When coughing and sneezing, cover the mouth and nose with a flexed elbow or tissue; if used, throw the tissue away immediately and wash hands.
  • If experiencing a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or any other symptoms suggestive of respiratory illness, including pneumonia, call emergency services before going to the doctor or hospital to prevent the potential spread of the virus.
