Emergency Information

In case you are experiencing any of the symptoms, you should not go to your doctor or to the emergency room, to avoid any potential contamination, but you are kindly asked to call the National Public Health Organization so they can evaluate if your condition requires further investigation regarding the Covid-19.

Travel information

  • 2 passengers allowed per sedan vehicle (Exception: 3 pax Sedan if they are from same family)
  • Exception: 6 pax Minivan if they are from the same family (Exception When Helping person in need (Elderly, someone in wheelchair etc)
  • Vehicle w/ capacity of more than 9 Passengers – ⅓ of Capacity
  • All passengers are required to wear a mask by law
  • Driver is obliged to wear a mask by law
  • Sitting on the front seat is not allowed within the vehicle
  • 2 passengers adults per taxi
  • Minivan: 4 passengers

Vehicle transportation

  • 2 adult passengers allowed per vehicle
  • Exception: 2 adults and 1 minor or 2 minors and 1 adult
  • Exception When Helping person in need (elderly, someone in wheelchair etc)
  • Driver is obliged to wear a mask by law
  • Customer is also obliged to wear a mask by law
  • Sitting on the front seat is not allowed within the vehicle
  • 2 passengers adults per taxi
  • Minivan / Minibus shall be filled to 50% of capacity

Attractions and public transportation

  • The Junta Constructora de la Sagrada Família has decided to stop visits to the Temple. This decision also applies to Gaudí House Museum in Park Güell.
  • The Prado Museum will reopen its doors to the public on June 6
  • The Royal Palace in Madrid is closed until further notice
  • The Real Alcazar of Seville has temporarily closed public visits
  • Le Ciutat in Valencia is reopening on the 14th of June. While L’Oceanografic is temporarily closed
  • In Malaga Museo Picasso reopened its doors to the public

Other Restrictions

  • Borders closed
  • Only Spanish citizens can cross the border into Spain
  • Passengers are required to remain in isolation for 14 days upon arrival

General Safety and Health Information

  • To reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, travellers are advised to abide by the following measures: frequently clean hands by applying an alcohol-based hand rub or washing with soap and water.
  • When coughing and sneezing, cover the mouth and nose with a flexed elbow or tissue; if used, throw the tissue away immediately and wash hands.
  • If experiencing a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or any other symptoms suggestive of respiratory illness, including pneumonia, call emergency services before going to the doctor or hospital to prevent the potential spread of the virus.
